This is my fifth Hyundai. My experience with the referral to Huntington Hyundai, via Groovecar, can only be rated as excellent.

My negative experiences in the past were offset by a call I received from Mr. Keith Shannon, a salesman at Huntington Hyundai. Mr. Shannon's dealings with me were most cordial and professional. He was able to answer my questions regarding various vehicles and financing without making me feel pressured.

During the visit I also had the opportunity to meet Mr. Bobby Dell, Sales Manager. He too treated me with respect and authorized a trade-in figure that helped to persuade me to make the purchase at that time. It was obvious that this dealership is proud of their association with Groovecar.

I did finally purchase a Buick Lucerne, at Cunningham Motors. Since I had never purchased a new car before, and had heard all of the horror stories, I was very pleasantly surprised when they all turned out to be false.

When I originally called Groovecar, I spoke to Vanessa. She is a very knowledgeable, informed and helpful in that she spent a good deal of time on the phone with me telling me about manufacturers and model types that would accommodate what I wanted. She also provided me with many dealers to choose from and even went so far as to give me directions to some of them. She also answered all of my questions, throughout the process.

The new car that I purchased is terrific! All in all, because of the people that I dealt with, I felt like I had a friend in the car business.
