What is the benefit of registering for your dealer discount?
As opposed to going into a dealer on your own, you get a straightforward no haggle price from the beginning, no avdditional fees are added to your deal and trained representatives know you are a credit union member. In addition, Groovecar receives your request and you have a customer service team available to answer all of your questions.

What is the difference between an Authorized GrooveCar dealer and any other dealer?
Groovecar dealers are approved by your credit union to be on our program. This means that credit union financing and leasing can only be done at participating locations.

Should I contact the dealer directly on a pre-owned vehicle listed on GrooveCar or should I put in a request?
It is always best to put in a request for the vehicle you are looking for. The purpose of this is so that you get registered for your discounted pricing and the dealer knows you are going through our program.

What do I do when visiting a participating dealership?
Always identify yourself as a Credit Union member. Ask to speak with the GrooveCar contact for that dealership. If contact is not available, ask for a sales manager. Ask to finance through your Credit Union, right at the dealership Look for this sign at the entrance of your official GrooveCar dealers. Look for GrooveCar Official Credit Union Lending signage. If it is not displayed, contact GrooveCar.

Which way is better…Low manufacturer financing or my Credit Union financing?
Credit Union financing traditionally offers members the best value when it comes to financing. Advertised manufacturer financing offers little or no savings when compared to applying factory rebates (offered in lieu of manufacturer financing) to Credit Union financing. Manufacturer rebates can range from a few hundred dollars to thousands of dollars. Applying manufacturer rebates (in lieu of financing) towards your down payment will lower the amount financed. This means you are actually financing less money when you choose Credit Union financing. If you pay off your loan early for any reason (selling car, theft, total loss, trading-in, etc.), manufacturer financing can cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

Should I lease or buy?
First find out if you are a good candidate for leasing. If the answer is no, then most likely financing is the way to go. Typically, to lease you must have very good credit, drive less than 15,000 miles a year, keep your vehicle in great condition and do not like to keep your vehicle for a very long time. Also, please keep in mind that leasing typically gives you lower monthly payments, so if the criteria fits you, this may be the way to go as well.

Why choose Buy Rite Plus (BRP) financing?
Buy Rite Plus is exclusively available to Credit Union members. Choosing the right car is easy, finding the right monthly payment can be a challenge. Now, Credit Union members can choose lower payments with Buy Rite Plus (BRP). BRP gives you the advantage of lower payments yet offers flexibility and control regardless of your budget. The result is a tailor made auto loan you can have confidence in.

What is BRP?
BRP is a balloon loan. A balloon loan offers lower payments compared to conventional financing in a way similar to a lease. BRP is a non walk away balloon loan. This means each payment must be made as per the loan agreement including the final balloon payment.

What is the interest rate on BRP loans?
In many cases BRP loans are offered at an interest rate lower than conventional financing. Check with your Credit Union or GrooveCar for current rates and terms.

What is the longest term that BRP financing is available?
New vehicles and current year used vehicles can be financed up to 5 years (60 months). The monthly payments on a 5 year BRP loan can be substantially less than a 5 year conventional loan. Please contact your Credit Union or GrooveCar for current terms and rates.

Who holds the title on a BRP loan?
The buyer holds the title on BRP loans, unlike a lease in which the title is held by the financial institution. This offers more flexibility and control to you, the buyer.

Can I sell my vehicle while I am still making payments?
As long as you satisfy your loan obligation on the vehicle, you can sell or trade-in the vehicle any time with no penalty.
Are there any mileage restrictions?
There are no mileage restrictions with BRP loans.

What are my options at the end of my BRP Loan?
The final payment due on your BRP loan is the balloon payment. The balloon payment must be made in order to satisfy your obligation as per your contract. Here are a few options at the time your final payment (balloon payment) is due. • Finance the balloon through your Credit Union (you must qualify) • Pay the balloon in cash • Sell or trade in the vehicle

Where is BRP financing available?
BRP financing is available anywhere Credit Union financing is offered. This includes participating GrooveCar dealers and your Credit Union.

What is the member’s club card for? How do I get it?
The member’s club card is a free discount card that is given to buyers who purchase through our program at Groovecar participating dealers. It saves 10% off servicing, parts and accessories for as long as you own it. You are able to receive one after you have taken delivery from a Groovecar participating location.

What is the policy on the Enterprise Cars on your site?
Enterprise cars are lightly preowned cars that are listed on our website with a strict no haggle policy. Therefore upon trying to purchase a vehicle from Enterprise car sales, there is no negotiations involved.

You would need to refresh your ad. The ad needs to be refreshed every 30 days in order for everything to appear.
